Row homes in the Federal Style are proposed. These new homes will contain
all the modern luxury elements such as upgraded finishes, granite counter
tops, stainless steel appliances, as well as garage parking. Architectural
facades will contain predominately brick with some traditional wood siding.
Proposed construction will be based on maximizing energy efficient and
“green” technologies where appropriate. Historic living yet in a modern
efficient and virtually maintenance free environment.
Office units will provide a location within the historic business district
yet create an efficient and productive modern office environment. Layouts
can be grouped depending on the needs of individual owners and in increments
of 800-1000sf to allow small to medium size business to participate in
ownership opportunities. ADA access will be available and for the majority
of unit’s elevator access will be provided allowing flexibility in the
number and types of business uses. Efficient construction and systems will
allow individual owners to minimize operational costs and participate in
building equity from their business activities rather than facing a rental
payment each month. Special financing packages are being formulized even
in today’s fluctuating credit markets. |
