Steiner Terrace is a mixed use development of Sinclair
Real Estate LLC. The development will consist of a mixture of office and
row house condominiums set within a pedestrian friendly environment. Located
in Historic Frederick Maryland the development will have a seamless transition
with the historic features of West Patrick Street and close by Market Street.
Design is underway and local Architects, Zavos Architecture+Design, LLC have been commissioned
to undertake the design on behalf of the developer.
